NEWS:
LATEST NEWS : No AGL Gas factory in our beautiful Westernport Bay/Mar-ran biik/Warn mar-rin ! The community and the envirnoment have spoken, and have been heard :) Through lockdown and the challenges of 2020 we were able to listen more closely and connect more deeply with the land and waters around us and also with each other via the curious "live streaming" phenomenon. Save Westernport, Environment Victoria and the Mornington Peninsula Shire all played significant roles in informing and supporting the 1000's of passionate and concerned people, who all ended up making the record breaking number of formal submissions that were necessary to help tip the balance & protect our bay.
My regular 5@5 Sunday Session live stream became an important part of my sanity at this time, and allowed me a vehichle to express this important grass roots movement in song. "Through Our Hands" - [5@5 Live Stream collab version]
ABOUT : Community, family, mother nature, musical/artistic expression, & our ancient sacred heritage inspire me each and every day!
FEATURE VIDEO : Through Our Hands - [5@5 Live Stream collab version] was only possible with the generous offerings of so many great people.(please see all credits in YouTube notes). Special thanks to Andrew Doodson for pulling this video together at the 11th hour.
